Bio Washing Powder. The cat is out the bag
« on: April 20, 2017, 01:53:23 pm »
Ok chaps, couple of peeps have asked about using Bio washing detergent on 1st cleans.

It works very very well. Better than anything else you will ever use. Your brush will be spotless too. I mean actually white like the moon. And it's cheap a box of Bio powder a couple of quid, I charge a premium for Bio washing also.

You see the majority of the muck is biological  matter, Bio washing power will completely digest and remove the matter leaving it as new.

This is the moment those who spent lots of money on soft washing systems go the way of the people on the purple bricks adverts.....

Anyway...Back to work

Marc,

Are you talking about Windows or Render?

Hi Marc.

So backpack pure water how much powder?

(can I put a couple of pairs of pants in the backpack on quickwask😉)

Or is it bucket with pure and bio and dip brush in.
Any guide lines on amount of powder.

Have you ever used the liquid detergent.
Thanks lee

Did a first clean this afternoon with Virosol and the Med Soft Ultimate I was using got stained black. Wouldn't wash out with pure only. Stuck it in a bowl with hot water and a little Daz and 30 seconds later got a lovely white brush again. Got another first clean tomorrow. Might give this a go.

I take it your using cold water Marc?

14000 spin cycle after the final rinse should do the trick. Don't forget to add softner for the bag. Mind the cat in the bag might not be able to hold it's breath for very long but at least it should come out clean, all fluffy and soft. lol

Why not try next dissolving a dishwasher tablet thingy and add some rinse aid to the hot pure water mix as well.  You never know it might work even better. lol

I use the powder as it's easier to apply to the brush.

I simply fill a bucket with pure water and sling some Bio powder in it.

Dip and scrub. Leave on for a few minutes and wash off. You will be amazed.

Yes cold water.

I must stress that it must be Bio powder.

Because it's the Biological enzymes that break down and digest the muck.

Cheers Marc I'm going to try this out.
I'm loving the screwfix degreaser but it's always good to have plenty of options for different situations.
Do you think the liquid detergent mixed in a backpack would work well?

Thanks Marc.

I'll try this out.

Are you a Daz, Bold, Aeriel lover.

Or do you get whatever's on special 😁

Chris what's the screwfix degreaser for, Upvc?

Is it called pvc now?

Can we change the name back because of brexit😁

This may well be handy for self-cleaning conservatory roof glass. Virosol screws that stuff right over. It can be rectified but best that it doesn’t happen in the first place.

Makes it lose its clearness, it looks as if its frosted glass. Best way to describe it. Try it, you’ll see.

There is a way to reverse the damage. Its quite simple.

Sodium Percarbonate is the bleaching ingredient. I've got a big bag of it. Used it on some filthy gutters last year and it pretty much loosened up all the the badly soiled parts nicely.
