I can't remember specifics, but I recall a couple of comments you've made on here about us have been less than complementary though...  ???
  That's funny.

I'd be asking for a refund.

lol if you don't lick his bottom you don't get any work !! don't get me started on how he works as I would be here a week telling people what a bell end he is
To be honest you only have to read the long post above to see that. It's like claiming responsibility for inventing the locomotive because you polished the bar in the buffet car. Deluded.

Julian, seriously???? Where has all of this come from?

But for the record, you have no idea how much we put on jobs. Absolutely no idea. I tell you what, I wish I was putting 100% on, let alone 300%! 300%???? Where do you get that from? I'm going well, but I'm not doing 300% well! 😂😂😂

Secondly, you and I have never even crossed swords verbally or by email. You have NEVER intimated to me that you were not happy with any arrangement we had.

Thirdly, 120 square miles is only 12 miles by 10 miles, so not a big distance at all. We can cover more then that on a days window cleaning.

Fourthly, you have NEVER heard me talk to my staff either, so how do you know how I speak to them?

Fifth, I have been tasked by the Solar Trade Association to set up an online forum for the O&M industry. I present it to them on Thursday at an investors offices in London, the same hedge (not edge) fund investors who own the 20x £20m sites. I wouldn't get asked to do such things, not would I get through their doors if they thought I didn't know what I was on about would I? You try walking up to the door and see how far you get. Not past the front door mate, that's how far.

If you had so many issues with how we operate, how I speak to people, how much I charge etc, why have you NEVER raised his with me in the phone or via email. I say to everyone we work with, if you're not happy, ring me and we will try to resolve.  You have not done so even once, but have chosen to spew your fictional vitriol on a forum.

If you want to talk specifics about where you think I have let you down, you have my number....

I personally don't care about the larger companies on here good on them for getting out their and build a good business, but i can see solar panel cleaning on the big sites being take by the big facility services companies at a fraction of the cost the same way they do with the commercial window cleaning. That's when the smaller guys that depend on that income will crumble and go bust owing money to their sub contractors ;D

he wont reply as hes full of bull , and hes now starting to get found out , he dazzles you with storys and bull , things like you cant wear steel toe caps on site for safety , yet when you sign in  on one of his sties that you are contracted in to clean  the site safty officer wont let you sign in or on there site if you not wearing steel toe caps ,  its a joke ,

we have cleaned loads of jobs for him yet not once as he got A COPY our insurance  , nor a copy of any of our staffs driving details again all leading companys when subbying out want all  the vans paper work  tax, test, insurnce , also they want a copy of the drivers details as well as the owners so they can make sure there fully  covered !!! as standard van insurance wont cover you on site its in the small print,  but maybe were use to working for better companys , ie , dhl,dx.eiddie Stobart ,ici, and n power

his phones always swiched on?  is a load of bull as well 3 times may staff tried to get hold of him or his staff and they just couldn't care less , he once even told my staff "oh ring the office as that's what they get paid for " ehhhh after trying to get hold of them for an hour who else would you ring ? stood there with a problem on one of his jobs to be told this from the so called big man of solar panel cleaning what a tosser all for 30 pounds while he charges 75plus vat two hours down the drain for 30 quid on a d job for him that we travled46 miles each way for

what I would say is if you want to make money stop away from him , I know four others that have worked for him and will tell you the same I told him husband to bin this crap off as we didn't want to put out good name to such a poor outfit

stev is a great bloke but !!!! hes made a monster that he cant control and asnt got the staff to handle it in place he too busy walking round in his very silly out fits try too be important rather then being on the ball with his staff and contracters

I have worked with 2 guys who do work for Steve 1 being a supervisor for him, both hit near a grand a week and are happy as chips with nothing but praise for the Steve. He has to make a profit or not worth being in business, solar cleaning is cut throat as it is so to be the market leader of solar cleaning he has done well in my book.
Gotta love the jealous haters out there :-*

Anyway, we are still waiting for clarification of the Electrocution anomaly ...

Rupert Bear outfits with or without Isambard Kingdom Brunel hats and Dick Dastardly moustaches are surely subjects for desultory interest and humour; not obfuscation.

There was no electrocution. It came from Darren wotshisface of the Purple Rhino. Both of them have had hissy fits in the past and deleted their accounts so finding the post would be tedious. They both left the forum only to return for similar self promotion. We are useful you see.  ;)

According to this page theres a very very real risk of being lethally electrocuted cleaning solar panels, otherwise it wouldn’t have been included in the webpage.

Not every subcontractor will be kept happy.  Often, it is down to the mismanagement of their own time and resources than it is a failing on our part.   We are not 100% on the ball with everything. But AC's do not help themselves if they take on jobs that are far away or on large solar farms where we advise how to clean them efficiently, but then disregard their advice.  We do everything we can to set them up for success.

As Julian said earlier, yes, I have a monster that is hard to control, but managing rapid growth is very hard.  This week alone I have started another two employees on tools, have another starting in the office tomorrow and another next week.  They are not replacements.  They are ADDITIONAL staff!  We do all we can to make the lives of AC's as smooth as possible.

Julian, I apologise if you feel we or I personally have let you or your business down.  Apart from offering you jobs, some more profitable than others (and you know some have been profitable) but none that we ever want any AC to take a hit on, I don't see what else I have done wrong.

Like I said before, you or any other AC reading this can call me or drop me an email if you or they are disgruntled.  I ALWAYS say to all AC's that we want their feedback as to how we can improve.  From you, we have heard nothing.  How can I help address your concerns unless you tell me what they are.  Coming on here and airing your grievances is not the professional way of doing it.
