I was a little unsure but had put in a pretty decent price which I was surprised she took.
I went along today. I spent two hours pottering about, sweeping her gutters out and wiping the fascias off with a damp cloth. I couldn’t even justify getting the Virosol out. It took two hours, which included sitting on the garage roof for 30 minutes talking to a mate and brushing the garage door of which we hadn’t mentioned before.
When I was done she came out and said ‘Well, you’re certainly thorough’. With a wink I replied with ‘We like to think so’ and she paid.
She replied with ‘I'll call you in October’.
Rightie-ho.
