Yeah I had to as some stupid custard sent it through that instead of bacs. Anyways , now it's set up its straight forward. Takes seconds to transfer the money into your bank

Yeah, I've got a few customers on it. Straightforward.  You can even send them a payment note/ request.

I have one customer who pays occassionally on Pingit but I thought it's a Barclays scheme. Can it be used for other banks?

don't think you actually need to be with Barclays to use this app.  I used it once and thought cba, too many methods of payment sometimes, i just stick to Bank Transfer/Direct Debits.  Need to get onto GoCardless tbh though...

You dont need to be in or hold a barclays account to 'pingit'.

In fact a feature that we use is that you can request a payment off a customer via pingit!! We record customers mobile numbers and can request pingit payments the night or day after there windows have been cleaned.
