Blimey Tone yearly!. timewasters springs to mind there I have 1 that has it done 3 x a year but it's well worth it even though it's just the 3 cleans. I would never start offering that service you'd be flat out in the spring and sitting on my hands for the next 10 months lol,I don't think it's good business sense to even start offering that kind of length between cleans.

Never had the intention offering 12 weekly, just make it worth while if having to do so, fits into a 6 weekly schedule nicely

I'd prefer a easy 6 weekly schedule but so many more now want longer intervals and with a lot more window cleaners

Best thing about the longer  intervals  is they never say not today

Remember my domestic round is not as  established as some its only been 5-8 yeas since I pulled out of comercial and I sold all establushed domestic work in Sevenoaks years ago

So it's a work in progress and nearly where I want it to be only about 10 customers a week to complete full round now and one high work job left, that the next area to replace

I love my jobs with the longer frequency and try and price new jobs so they bite at this.

A little tip, make the shorter frequency a fairly high starter price and just add a little for going the longer period. That way if they choose the short frequency you're still earning good money 😉

LOL Yearly

The shame of it, confession time!!!

you'll berate me later, I deserve it

I have a few yearly clients,😢 but in my defence there so worth it financially and a change pace is quite pleasant

Most of them are gutters fascia soffits and windows with con roofs quite satisfying, do wish I had hot water for those though

But they range from £425 -695

I've got a large school 5 days once a year, but that doesn't count and a
Couple that just will happily pay day Rate until jobs complete

it doesnt really matter what frequency once you have a fairly  busy workload.i also have a yearly account and a 6 monthly account.both are good earners for time taken to clean.one of them takes me an hour and i charge £80! well worth it. :)
price higher/work harder!

8 weekly the way forward.
Takes longer to build up. However in the end its easier.
More customers, more referells, doesnt matter when you lose a few awkward ones, more hourly rate. More add ons i.e pressure washing, gutters etc.
Bigger the poole of custards easier to fleece them for the add ons if you do them.
