HI
Does anybody have a copy of method statement and a sfety policy that is required for residential builders initial clean. Thisis the first time ive been asked and I am completely baffled

All Risk assessments are specific to each different job, so other peoples risk assessments will be no good to you.
If you go to the hse site they have soom good stuff on there about doing a risk assessment etc

Neil,
Look in the documents section, I think there are some basic Risk Assesments inn there. The basics will be the same you will just have to modify it a bit.
