Anybody else got their first "face like a slapped arse" of the year after yesterdays sun?.... ;D
And I had sun cream on.
Impossible done straight away, miracles can take a little longer.

Panda eyes springs to mind... also the cap will not help much when looking up.
Maybe wearing a cowboy hat would look more the part. Works for me ...YEHAA!

You have to be careful in the sun. Iv been stupid and never wore suntan lotion over the years, now have some red marks appear on my forehead.
Went to the docs just to be safe, turns out all the years of UV exposure have damaged the blood vessels. Not cancerous but just shows the damage the sun can do. Will be wearing factor 50 everyday from now on and have a laser therapy session booked in for next Thursday to repair the damaged vessels.

I am starting to tan already and we haven't even seen much of the sun yet. I never wear sun cream (never needed to). My wife on the other hand has had a melanoma and has to be completely covered. There's no justice.
