Lol....camp......one of the things i learnt in sales a while ago. For some reason the softer approach works better for selling.
You dont come over as a thug then.

i think its ok nathan.for domestics i think its good to put a face to the name.id lose the cap and glasses though.no need.

i wouldnt mention competitive prices or ask how their doing and hope their ok?(only when you turn up to clean!).
