cleaner planner painfully slow!

I had a problem earlier this week and contacted the out of hours support and he got it sorted that night, but I can't seem to find an out of hours support option on the site anymore  ???

Been slow here. This happened about a year or so ago with it. They upgraded their server options then, perhaps they need to do the same again.

This is starting to become a joke...! Its taken me the best part of an hour to raise 4 invoices...@!

the internet is not the best agreed.. But this is freezing, and you have to refresh, which then cancels everything you have just requested.. GRRR..

What's your download speed?

We had issues with our Internet connection at work, it was @ 0.2 mbps (basically dial up) due to a fault with the router, cleaner planner won't work at that speed, you need at least 1mpbs to run it.
