Any know any suppliers of a telescopic lance that will (as a minimum) reach to the gutter line of an average house ?

Or an attachments that will adapt my WFP  so I can remove th brush and fit a spray jet. Should I just buy the cheapest set of poles and make my own?

Tip: If using the pole hose on the outside of the pole best to use a cable tie on the angle adapter as the wfp hose can kink at the jg push fit inlet and stop the flow.

Those are converted wfp poles for pressure washing use surely not for low pressure chem applications?

U can get a resi neck for a pole with just a sprayer fitted to the top instead of a brush. I think it's just a fan jet.

Am sure I seen suton in bens u it wen I wash there before chrimbo. He's all set up for soft wash application

Is that what you use for both then?

I personally due to the extra weight would not use a high pressure converted wfp pole for the likes softwashing at low flow/pressure when a simple conversion using wfp hose and benz type nozzle would do.

No interest in taking on softwashing so out of genuine interest...why can't you just use a set of lumark fan jets to spray your solution on to said surface..?

I'm assuming you don't want too much pressure so surely a set of decent fan jets will do the job well?

I have a high pressure telescopic lance but it's too heavy and overkill to softwash With, I think I might use my WFP but block one on the brush holes, I need it to treat a slate roof which is quite flat,  so I will just start at the top spray a strip,  turn of the tap I've fitted on my hose then brush that in........then repeat as I clean down the roof.

I think the hardest  part of this job will be making it last a day, it's been priced on a day rate plus chemical cost so we have to be their 6hrs.  so if we have to muck about a bit it will not be a problem.

Mike, any old wfp fan jetted brush would do to help apply an even coverage of chem surely. Best test it first to make sure it will work all ok at the height required.

When using a wfp fan jetted brush depending on psi/flow rate you just have to be mindful of causing too much chemical overspray/drift that's all.

Being almost flat I take it you are going to pole it off a ladder or tower maybe?

The house is a single slope roof so we are putting up our rig at the low end and using the  WFP  to reach the high end, then working  downwards towards ourself.

The roof is just slightly green to me cleaning it is overkill, you can only see it from the neighbours garden,

 I up sold the job to include the whole house,  boundary walls and wooden garden furniture to make it worth the customer while

As mentioned earlier I use benz nozzles too but sometimes prefer to use a wfp brush with fan jets.

I've even seen a pic on bookfarce pages of a converted jetted paint roller that chris scott posted. I actually thought was a good ideal. Also people will think yer repainting the walls of the house. lol
