It's a nightmare trying to get into commercial ive been running a cleaning company for over 25 years and still haven't been able to successfully sign a commercial. My problem i am no good at talking my way through a paper bag but my work speaks for itself.

Why not engage someone to do it for you?  If your work is excellent then the hard part is done!  However, I am sure you are aware that commercial clients can cause many other problems that you don't tend to get with domestics
