Best to not raise custards expectations too high. That way if the staining don't come out you have not shot yourself in the foot.

swift reply once again smurf thank you. Would it be best to say to the customer I can use some chemical on the stain and there will be a difference but I cant guarantee it will be completely.

 I have used OT8 on a few occasions it does not always work. The best result on one of them I found was applying a blowtorch however its all trial and error.

I don't makes any promises to custards and avoid doing any garage contract call outs for oil stain removal  too.
