Waned - extraction carpet cleaning machine pref with heater

Looking for an extraction carpet cleaning machine.  Preferably heated.  Anything over 130psi considered as not going to be used constantly but will be used for commercial carpets.

Chem spec hydro vantige  plus extras ( same machine as cleanrite edge)
£500
250psi pump heater twin vac plus 1 hose, sebo duo, wand(needs a small repir) cost £8 few chemicals
