Prochem Powerburst to prespray and prochem heat wave to extract. Blitz is also excellent.

I used microsplitter for years, just lately I've moved onto chemspecs enzyme prespray. But if it's really trrashed I just put a bit more down, scrub it a bit more and let it dwell a bit longer

Blitz is good but all of theses are high on the ph scale so look at an acid rinse. Used soilbreak today and with a bit of dwell time carpets came up beautifully.
Starts at the bottom likes it and stays there

How are you all using your pre-spray? Spraying the full carpet or just the traffic lanes ?

I'm constantly changing how I do things, at the moment i'm putting F90 in the tank and attaching a spray lance onto the solution line then pre-spraying the full traffic area  with F90 but I have a small trigger sprayer of something stronger and as I scrub anything that doesn't look like its emulsifying gets a blast from the trigger spray then gets scrubbed again.

Under the furniture just gets rinsed with the wand no pre-spray.

I find Form 90 great and is used on most of my jobs, a light pres pray from the lance bit of agitation with carpet broom on traffic areas and extract with hot water and 2 x scoops F90 pre mixed in hot water. Always gives impressive results.
