I've got to clean 10 x 3ft port holes inside in an old converted boat house, can't get ladders in and they are 25ft up! What's my best plan of attack?

If they are 25ft up then how good have they got to be?
I would be tempted to use a mop and then the vikan easy shine pad on the end of a pole.
