Gardiner backpack charge problem
« on: January 05, 2017, 08:38:00 pm »
Can anyone help on this. The backpack is only 2 months old and the flow is dying . It seems to charge ok , the light on the charger turns green so I assume that means it is fully charged . But when it's in use  there is only the light on the left side lit up . The other 2. Never light up . I've used 2 different chargers  so no problem there . But is there a problem with the battery or pump  .  I have the flow on full but it's still not fast enough . Any ideas cheers Barry .

Hi Steven

If you carry out this test:  once the flow has reduced and is 'dying',   plug the charger in and turn the charger on and the backpack on - does the flow speed back up again?

If it does not change then it is a pump issue. If it does change it is either a poor battery connection or a battery issue.

Please contact the Customer Services team on 01726 66400 or sales@gardinerpolesystems.co.uk with the results of this test and they will be able to assist further.

Just carried out the test . Looks like it is the battery . I will email your customer services with the details . Thanks again
