Hopefully you'll understand my rationale

Do you think it works better for cleaners that are looking for high volume medium to low prices?

For those that do not know CCN are Adwords managers , and with any adwords ads you are going to get the full range of people emailing and calling you from "price shoppers" to large commercial jobs, once they call you its up to YOU to book them it at YOUR price , if they are not interested , move on to the next customer !

Good answer Paul, I'm concluding that their website design is conducive to a lot of its success moving away from the 'high end' information rich website which is usually for the high end (in theory) Peter and Daisy Foster  http://smilecarpetcleaning.co.uk/
Do a similar looking site but they charge 'higher end' prices so that blows my theory out of the water.

I would guess the decision whether  to use CNN after an initial test period  is simple ...... Either it brings in works at a cost equal to or lower than your existing marketing or it doesn't.

If you have a £100 to spend on your monthly marketing  and ADWORDS   (CNN) brings in £900 but local magazines brings in £600  or leaflets bring in £650 then spend that £100 on what works best. If using CNN is costing more than other marketing stop using them.

If the only marketing you have is CNN then you don't have a choice,  but Still don't spend money with them unless you are making a profit from day one ...... Don't think it's ok to break even  because you will make your money on the recommends or returning customers.......because then you are working to make CNN profit not you

It would be helpful if CCN just put a list of charges per area up for all to see,

No one should be paying more for an area than their neighbour just because they were better at haggling it should be on size of territory and population.

Be interesting to hear what others were doing before going across to CCN as it seems to have worked in some areas and not others  this could be down to the individual of course who just may not be very good at converting enquiries into work or it could be poor support from CCN, I would assume that you have to keep on top of it as things move so quickly now that your area must not be showing up quite so often as it should and for what you are paying for, is it safe to assume that this is correct ?

Hi Tim. So you are paying roughly about £450pm per area. If you don't mind me asking .... How big is the area? Are talking the size of a county and how much work would normally get in for that £450 per month. Thanks David.

Hi David

I don't think Tim is paying £450pm.

The £360 is the initial set up fee, which includes one months management and web site set up.

It then cost £90-120 management and £100 ish on Adwords per month.
