Hi all what is the process of taking a worker on a temporary contract I'm going to be taking a worker on for 1 month rolling contract ? What do I need to do 1st

Make sure you have employers liability insurance
Get a contract for them and you to sign
Set up a payroll with Hmrc

Get them to go self employed and pay them as you need to.
