Firstly just to be sure go to your doctor and get it checked out, but yes it seems to be a common thing with wfp.

I only switched onto wfp just short of 2 yrs ago, at the moment ive not been affected by this, though i understand it can be quite common. I mostly work mon till wed apart from one wk where i do 5 days, but all my work is residential normal upstairs downstairs work. Not 3 floors or higher so that might account for it. But also i stand further back so im not looking directly up, putting strain on my neck. If your work is similar, perhaps standing further back, reducing the angle might help long term, unless your already doing that (in which case perhaps next yr im screwed n might start getting neck pains  ::)roll)

Make sure you are using the lightest poles you can as well as using good technique

Sorry this was posted on the wrong thread

Hi I'm Jules, Dai's daughter and a physiotherapist
I agree that the angle of your poles may be wrong, but when you spend most of your day looking up, it will naturally cause physical problems.
Try stretching your head down, several times a day, putting your hands on your head to increase the stretch
It could also be  a problem with your trapezius muscle
Try these
