Anyone used these before?
Website has them based in london.
I ordered some bits last week, just had an email from dhl saying my goods are being shipped from India, will arrive Monday!
Dodgy buggers.
Found a review that says dhl send you a shipping bill once you receive your goods, even though I paid for delivery :-X

Could it be for anything like customs duties etc?

Delivery charge is totally separate to UK import duty https://www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad/overview.
From my own experience normally the likes of dhl will request any UK import duty to be paid online before the goods are delivered.

If you look here https://www.bannerbuzz.co.uk/terms-and-conditions
you will see the following in their terms & conditions

Production:

DPB LLC uses production facilities inside and outside of the UK. It can not guarantee where production will be done for each product and order. Your order can be manufactured in the UK or outside.

Of course, how silly of me, I should of read through the terms and conditions first like I do on every website I visit.
Even so, when you pay for a service or goods online, what you see at the final checkout should be the price you pay.
It doesn't mention anywhere that you may or may not receive a shipping bill AFTER you receive your goods, even though you have paid for delivery.

To repeat myself, dodgy fookin barstewards...
