TM with a lance
« on: December 09, 2016, 08:06:50 am »
I have been asked to look at and quote to clean the shop frontage in our town. It is white paint which has usual grime on it.
There is no access to water. Plus they are very touchy about Chems.

I have a prochem Blazer plus and was thinking of attaching a lance? I know the flow rate wouldn't be enough to pressure wash but I wondered if the heat and about 1000 psi would do the trick. Also do you think it would work to remove chewing gum. Thanks in Advance Andy

'Touchy about  chems'   ::)roll  what does that mean?

Ask them if they want it a bit cleaner or do they want it clean, if they want it clean then explain you need to prespray It with a mild cleaner..... nothing that is harmful just something to loosen the dirt. Brush it in with a vehicle wash brush then rinse it off with your TM

We are professional cleaners, why let a customer dictate how we do our job.... We know best :)

Depends how strong you want to go, but TFR is my first thought but a citrus  based cleaners or any high alkaline carpet prespray you have in the van should do the job on basic white gloss paint. ( even washing up liquid)
