Metal cladding advice!!
« on: December 05, 2016, 12:35:57 pm »
Hi,i am a window cleaner and have been asked to clean the silver metal cladding on a building which i do.
Pure water will get surface stains off but the black lines which build up over time are not removed by this method despite heavy scrubbing!! These lines are caused by the black rubber seals around the windows that presumably degrades over time and when it rains, drips down and thus stains the cladding. I had an idea to use traffic film remover but not sure if there is something specific that i can buy.

Thanks in advance.  Steve.

Ask Kevin martin to send you a sample of his floor cleaner...that in theory should work without damaging the cladding with a caustic based cleaner.
