heavy rain now frost

Had a bad week for heavy rain. Thought I would catch up this morning, but it ended up sleeting quite bad.
Just went to move van now its frozen up. I know its that time of year, but its only just starting. Could it be a bad winter

According to the Daily Mail is going to be the worst winter for 55 years.

Times like this that shows it's beneficial to work through rain.
Only thing that stops me is heavy snow and real sub zero temps.
It would be a real struggle for me to keep on target otherwise.

Never mind 55 years ago
How can it be worse than four years ago ,, it was 16 below in Evesham. I never worked for five weeks.
