Lee not everyone is so money motivated as you obviously or wants to build a multivan cleaning business.
However I'm sure if any of your workers and are up for a chalange they could quite easly turnover net what you pay them themsleves working a lot less hours than you make them work.

Give it a rest smurf , some of us actually take note of the guys with bigger businesses and look up to them. why are you so bothered about lees employees taking work off him but yet you don't say anything to 'sunshine' . Obviously your not interested in growing your business like lee Pryor but yet you pick at everything he does , stop being a child

Shrek learn to listen to the right people, its easy to come on here blow your own trumpet and talk bull, seriously a 10 year
old could come up with a better business plan than this guy.
Put it this way if I want genuine advice Its guys like Smurf who I will turn to.

First they have to find the work. Not easy when you're employed full time.  That even assumes they would be interested in chucking a £500 a week job whicj is more than lots of guyts on here earn - certainly in their first year or two.

One render clean a week is all it would take.  500 squid or more is a days work to some   ::)roll
I thought Lee employed window cleaners? That's like saying one roofing job a week. It's a different job.

Thart is my point Lee don't do just window cleaning if you take a look at his site
Couldn't one of Sunshine's franchisees do the same then? It's all a daft argument - most people like being employed and have no interest in self employment.

The difference is as a franchisee it's actually their own business. That is where the two business models differ. No buying vans or upkeep. No paying out wages, sick pay, holiday pay etc  lol

Yeah every time lee comes on here he gets shot down, I haven't seen mr Pryor create any threads mocking people who work Saturday's like 'sunshine' just because he doesn't have to. Yes you listen to smurf , maybe that's why your fed up of window cleaning  ::)roll

Shrek the funny thing is I'm not trying to mock Lee at all as some seem to think if you read through my posts properly.
After saying that though there are many on here that operate a multi van firm but you don't see them posting confidential financial information that is between them and their accountant now do you. That don't have to and is none of our business either.

Yes, but it would be easy to just do the work and not pay the royalty - easier as they have all their own equipment anyway.

I never said your mocking lee , I said your putting him down with everything you say , nothing supportive . Yes your not mates and you don't respect him like 'sunshine ' , we get that . The people on here that are successful stop posting because of people like you , a mr know it all who has an answer for everything and knows better than the people who are more successful than you.
I lost all respect for sunshine when he started that thread mocking people for working Saturday's, looking down on others because he's got other people working for him. Pathetic

I don't think Lee needs my support or anyone else on here for that matter do you as he is doing just fine on his own. As for the putting down bit that is also not my intention again if you bother to read my posts properly.

I think you will find sunshine was just jesting as some of use do like to have a laugh once in a while too.

Guys like dazmond / perfect windows / slack / Pryor / 8weekly and more get stick on here or have in the past about their business, but you know what they all have in common?? They're all doing great at what they do!!
And it's a real shame some don't post as much as they used to because it was good reading about  their success .

A grand a week on domestics is easy with the right houses and the right prices.
Do the math 20x£10 houses a day , 10x£20 houses a day  15x£15 5x£40 houses a day, all are easily done especially with a mixture of all. if your still in the £5/£7  house price range then hitting a grand a week will be much harder to achieve.
I think most guys aim for a grand a week wfp which id say is a fairly easy week! Fair play to the guys who hit more with multiple vans but the way i see it is in reality how much do you really need to earn to get by in life? I have everything i want which is my close family around me  being well and healthy.  The rest means nothing.

Well for a start I wouldn't get to four vans worth and then decide to sell my home just to be able to buy x amount of vans
at a discount price.
I could go on but I honestly don't think your really that concerned.

I agree. It would be great to here why and how instead of ooooooh check me out on 250k a year or ooooo i earn 60k a month. Who actualy are you trying to impress??
Impress us by saying how its done? Quick enough to talk money but what about the graft and time it takes??
You dont see soupy bragging at all about what he earns etc but has put up a photo of his fleet of trucks and vans with selling 1 of them which fair play to him as has nothing to prove.
Anyone can say this and say that!!!proof is worth a lot more than simple wishful words.

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying some of them aren't doing well but to be honest you would need to be bad not to if working
in their areas.
Take away well above average pricing and the rest of the things we all have to battle with including competition and they have
nothing business wise to offer.

Don't really want to drag this old subject up, but I really don't get how anyone should need to work weekends if they're properly organised and have a decent pricing structure in place. The odd catch up day maybe but not on a regular basis, unless it's something you enjoy doing.

I think the franchise model is more likely to have operatives go rogue, as they are the type of person who wants to run their own business and have the mental capacity to do so. Lots of employees simply do not want the hassle of running their own business and all the responsibilities that come with it.

Back on subject, 1k a week should be an absolute doddle, seeing as we're all earning £40+ an hour  ::)roll

No, you're wrong, I am concerned. I would seriously like to hear what you would do differently in order to be able to run and manage a 9 vehicle setup, full time. I was hoping you'd offer something constructive, something without "I'll tell you what I wouldn't do.......". Alas, you couldn't help yourself.

So I'm disappointed, but not in the least surprised.
