(roll eyes)Is that the guy on Facebook? He smashes them out I believe.

Not being funny but if the guys that work for me only did a grand in a week I would have to ask what went wrong! We work to average above £300 a day per head. Below £300 is seen as a low day! 1 of my 9 cleaners only managed £280 yesterday and that was because he was an hour late in the morning with car trouble. He's also only been with us 4 weeks and had never done the job before. Shows how easy it is to do those numbers. Experienced long established guys out there should find it easy to do more than £1000 on a week!!!

But I've heard reports from my way that people have booked cleans in with you, but no one ever turns up? You might want to check with whoever answers the phone that they are booking in the work correctly?

I prefer people who haven't done it before. We train them over 7 working days then they get their own van. Start them off at that point with about £200 on a worksheet and over the following 2 weeks build them up to a normal days worksheet which is £300-£350 I will admit getting good people has been the hardest part of this years project but we seem to have a solid and reliable 9 right now. We still have 2 new vans sat in the yard each day so will be trying to fill those over the next 8 months
You can't compare an owner/cleaner vs employee. Employee won't care as much etc.
