Yes it can be done - but I doubt if many one man bands translate that into 52K in a year - what with hols and sickness. So you might get a couple of 1K weeks in a month and a couple of (say) £800 weeks.

But there is no reason why anyone who is reasonably able cannot turnover over 40K a year if he has a van and wfp and is prepared to  be organised, have enough work and be prepared to work 5 days a week. Of course he will have to work in most weather too.  ;)
It's a game of three halves!

If I only worked four days a week I might earn a grand. Normally nearly double that. I do go to the gym a lot and eat blueberries for breakfast.

A grand a week is easily doable in the south east ONCE you have the work. That won't be quick or easy.

£10 per house, that's 100 houses, I would say 3 days, why it taking you a week?🤔

I normally do about £250 - £300 a day but £300 is usually nailing it and it's hard to do that everyday .... I would say 1k over 5 days is easy to do if you have the work .... some weeks I can do about 1k and other weeks about £1300 depending...... ye but a grand a week isn't unreasonable at all

That's good James, so you must be turning over 100k a year with your twin stack reels?

Who cares, seriously can you guys not see how childish these threads are, your like a bunch of kids arguing over who gets the
most pocket money.
And don't get me started on the flash with his 33 houses per day. (roll eyes)

Not being funny but if the guys that work for me only did a grand in a week I would have to ask what went wrong! We work to average above £300 a day per head. Below £300 is seen as a low day! 1 of my 9 cleaners only managed £280 yesterday and that was because he was an hour late in the morning with car trouble. He's also only been with us 4 weeks and had never done the job before. Shows how easy it is to do those numbers. Experienced long established guys out there should find it easy to do more than £1000 on a week!!!
The best way to predict the future is to create it.
