awful weather but still earned £200+ today!
« on: November 17, 2016, 06:49:07 pm »
even i surprise myself what weather i can work in at times! ::)roll ;D

today was awful.for me this is the worst weather to work in.cold, wet and windy.

a few times i nearly packed up and came home which is very rare for me.my work was mainly commercial today with a few posh houses thrown in here and there.i got plenty of brews and no one even mentioned the weather! ;D

i could of easily had the day off today but i like to chase the dollar. ;)

Well done. I gave up at dinner time, my excuse; just getting over a second helping of a cold and dont fancy a third term of it!

But, i was watching two chaps trad cleaning, brave but utterly futile. I always stress to any new customer how ive invested in this technology so it doesnt prevent me loosing wages because its raining.

Would have been told by most of my customers no to do them today if I had gone out and cleaned domestics in that weather.
Wouldn't have blamed them either I wouldn't have wanted mine done in that rain.

If you WFP in this weather you might as well have saved your pure and used tap water.

You're assuming the weather is bad everywhere in the UK as it is in Yorkshire.

^^^  ;D

I had work along the coast today so it was pointless due to strong winds and salt. Some of it was commercial work so I've now got to do that this evening. I'm off out in 10 minutes till about 11pm. Hey ho.
Just chant..... Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. It's beats chanting Tory Tory or Labour Labour.

I worked all day, windows looked lovely until I got back to the van, write out receipts.
I did feel slightly guilty popping the bills through the doors and seeing leaves and shrapnel all over the windows.
I'm sure that guilt will subside when I get paid  ;D

Your cleaning mixing pure with rainwater.........................yes I mainly do carpet cleaning part time windows....what difference does that make to the fact that your mixing unpure with pure to clean windows
