Those who employ multiple guys not just 2 or 3.

I know i could quite easy build and build and build and have a massive domestic empire with x amount of vans however finding staff that are good and reliable to actually work doing it all for you must be a total nightmare i mean 2/3 vans is cope able as if someone was off sick you could easily just do the days work or pay extra to the other guys to do a few extra jobs each of the days but what if you have 10 plus vans out? what a headache that must be with Vans off the road or holiday/sick? it makes the game a whole different ball game. you could have 3/4 guys off long term sick or a few vans with deep problems etc and your stuffed!.
I have it pretty easy right now doing selected commercial work and subbing the rest out on top of doing my front only terrace work which is bread and butter. id love  to have 10 vans each doing 600 fronts a month as on paper that's  60k pre expenses a month however in reality id never be able to organise it and keep it flowing steady.id love to know if and how its properly done?
i'm happy as i am and don't wish to have any more vans out but am curious how the BIG players manage things to keep it flowing steady.

Finally! Someone that gets it. Strangely this is pretty much the size and monthly amount we are at. I will only get personal insults from people here if I talk about it. I will say it's not easy, but it's fun at the same time. We have lots of technology organising most things, after that there are 3 of us in the office full time. It's hard to get the right cleaners but you can get there in the end.
