don't know, never seen one of your videos!

my point is not to offend, its to just point out if you upload videos, especially ones supposedly to show how professional you are and so can give advice to other cleaners on cleaning solutions/powders, then you should at least get the basics right.

i know when i first set up i was offered so much 'professional' advice to find out down the line that there actually so much BS sold to new starters both in products and advice and its a shame. So much stuff rebranded and sold to us at a premium sometimes its like daylight robbery. When you look into products like cleaning solutions etc, like John Martin indeed has, you then realise that a lot of what's spoon fed us is tripe.

best advice i ever had was from an old boy who lived in Solihull. I was buying some kit off him. He had retired but had been in the game donkeys years - from portables, to high end TM's and then back to portables. He had a beautiful home, was very  knowledgeable but cut no BS. Everything he told me has turned out to be correct. He knew a lot of the old boys who have so much respect on some forums as well and had quite a few stories to tell!

This whole fiasco just shows you should  try and  buy with your credit card not bank transfer or debit card.

At least the you might get your money back from the credit card company
