Selling due to relocation.
Well-established traditional window cleaning round in Hampshire. Established in 2002.
A mixture of 4 weekly and 8 weekly cleans
o (the monthly average is based on 4 weeks but takes into consideration the 8 weekly).
All domestic apart from a few shop fronts in a residential area. Within the areas the work is fairly compact.
A quarter pay on the day, and the other quarter pay by cheque. About half the customers are set up for making an online transfer.
Room for expansion. Often one-off jobs asked for:
o Clearing gutters.
o Cleaning gutters and fascias.
o Cleaning conservatory roofs.
Havent canvassed area in years as had no need; however have a good name within the area so lots of potential I expect.

The round, (database on an Excel spreadsheet), with customer addresses. A large number have names and contact numbers plus what method of payment the customer uses, along with dates of last payments. There is also a section of notes explaining any extra information regarding the clean.
