watermarks in silk upholstery

going to see the above problem, i have zero experience with silk upholstery, and of course it may not be silk when I get there, but if it is any ideas how to get rid of watermarking in this fabric? thanks

Have applied steam (just a short burst ca 30 secs) to this kind of stain in the past.  Then let dry. Did the trick

These days if I think any job is going to be a hassle, I just walk away. Certainly wouldn't want to put a lot of water anywhere near silk... this could come back to bite you
