I have always gone down the self employment route when taking on operators, all our vans are now on a franchise basis
I'm looking to run a couple of extra vans with employees on PAYE, If employing in this manor, what would be the total cost to employ each member if their wages were to be circa 20k PA
What other methods do you chaps use when taking on staff?
Is self employed still a legitimate way to take on operators or have the rules changed recently ?
