I cull all the time. Still building so as I'm picking up work I'm dumping those that won't pay online.  say they will but after numerous reminders no payment. In the end I have to collect and get rid.

Ive just had the ultimate "cull" and sold all my residential work off bar about 40 customers which will be going in March / April.

My debt list has  never looked so good  ;D ;D

So weird not having the days ahead scheduled with work.

but back to the OP .... culling is the best thing you can do to grow with quality which is a great feeling knowing every job will be easy and straight forward ... no dog crap or bad payers or moaners or messer.
