in the last few months  have shed  a few  customers  the usual crap thats not like me   I am realy tolerant  just gets to the point that I get fed up  as I have dumped  I have  replaced  1 or 2 with out canvassing  must be karma

Iv found the more years I spend in this line of work, the less tolerable I become.
I dump customers all the time, sometimes I turn up to a house, sit there for a moment looking at it thinking 'i hate this house and the t##t who lives in it', then drive off and immediately delete from cleaner planner .
I became self employed to enjoy my job and enjoy my life, if any customer gives me any reasonable doubt, then bon voyage.

its very rare i dump a customer as most are good as gold however i have got two that will be dropped when payments recieved.ive cleaned for these customers for over 15 years too but they ve both become liabilities now(VERY late payment).the truth is they must both be struggling financially as they never used to be like this.

As you may know the "Flounce" is a speciality of mine ... however somebody on this forum mentioned the possibility of training a customer before immediately dumping which has meant my flounces are farther and fewer between.

Occasionally I still "gracefully" bow out but I still reserve the right to  flounce - as chris turner says you can enjoy being self employed ...

I put a price up today , lost the customer and then gained an even better one round the corner 10 min later.
Also , turned up to another and noticed they now have a dog! Pulled my hose round the back to be greeted with 15 piles of dog 💩. So I put my hose back in the van and drove off, can't be bothered with custys who leave that stuff in their gardens

Dog poop is my number one reason for culling, nothing more annoying than arriving at what was once a great straight forward customer to find they've recently purchased a mutt and the yard and garden reassembles a dog toilet

Mine too , Iv got custys with dogs that hate having crap in their garden and then there's some who seem to store it and keep their fingers crossed that it will eventually evaporate or something 😩💩💩💩

must be karma or something but every time i get rid of a dodgy customer i always seem to get a phone call about a decent bit of work or a better opportunity, like if i get rid of one off a street i will get a call and pick up another 2 on the same street at better prices obviously

I hate the ones where they quickly have  clear up while you are across the road, smell of bleach pervades the air, they've picked the piles of crap up but you know its still there really as you can see the dark patches where it used to be and its still going to get on your hose

Having a cull for health reasons all the awkward houses with windows above conservatory's ,I haven't any money today call back tomorrow then not been to bank today , hopefully end up with just bungalows and 2 weeks off a month ,much better for heart and stress levels
