most of my work is in the leafy suburbs and rural and they are pleasant areas to work however  ive still got some council/housing association properties(older mainly retired people) here and there.what i like about these are the customers are generally in when i clean and are more down to earth and friendly and pay there and then in cash.more chance of a cuppa too!.

Would have said rural until yesterday, one of my 12 week rural mansions, the state of the windows where unbelievable, spiders webs covering pollen spots, bird muck and snail trails.
Took me an hour with my cobweb brush just to get to the dirt, have never seen them this bad, better money than smaller more
compact but harder work.

Sorry I don't have a picture with my van to prove it. lol.

All my work is estates. Some ex council and some very posh indeed, with big electric gates. I have only one job in the country which I do cheap cause it's a lovely location (and it's a care home). Last time I cleaned it a Herd of cows from across the road came to watch. Naturally, I made sure I rinsed properly and wiped the sills ;-)
