House price boom where I live.

But falling house prices are good for those trying to get on the property ladder too.

We now have the world's worst performing currency. It's pretty inevitable that prices will soon start to rise.

Difficult times and choices are ahead. I reckon now is the time to get in a hefty price rise before anyone else does.

ill be putting some prices up in april but never  "hefty" rises.just ones i deem fair.inflation is rising and i have a £200+ van lease to pay every month. ;) :)
price higher/work harder!

Most firms are just using brexit as an excuse to put prices up...greed.
Impossible done straight away, miracles can take a little longer.

Nothing to do with import prices rising then?
