Never seen them used....AC locker uses them on his soft wash systems.  Pay Ben to build you one.

After doing a bit of digging that make of metering ball valve is GF (Canada).  I've also found another company over here that makes metering ball valves too that are allegedly better designed going by the blurb on their site.

Pity durapipe don't do proper wifi activators instead of just bluetooth (so say 10m range) as would be rather cool when wanting to say add/change a soap mix on the fly whilst doing wfp work just by using an app on a phone instead of going back and forth to the van.

I'm betting these metering ball valves will be all the rage over here soon as the way I see it can have so many applications of use on van mounted system.  Like for instance even just using for wfp work (with an up rated chem pump) on say filthy exterior windows,  frames, sills, plastics, conservatory roofs, fsg's, cladding etc etc  with whatever chem and dilution rate mix you want directly fed to the pole. No more faffing around with batch mixing nor using other means of getting it to where you want it to go.  Sounds good don't it?

Who do you think will come out with this revolutionary new wfp system first.

I found out today just what I need to build something better than the Pro-Portioner and it's not going to cost nowhere near 1200 bucks either. Regards to that price let’s just say it comes in a very expensive stainless steel box

If anyone is interested to make your own pro-proportioner type setup I have a wee bit of info for you.
After speaking with the valve tech department at durapipe to find out what material/seals would be suitable for 14-15 hypo as there are a few types to choose from. I was informed durapipe pvcu epdm seal metering ball valves would be suitable.

Durapipe don't sell direct but was given a RRP of £116.64 inc vat. However the chap gave the contact details of a supplier that I contacted for a price. Industrial Pipeline Supplies got back to me with a price of  76.45 + vat (£91.74) each plus delivery for the 1/2 inch version.

All you then need to do is then figure out the fittings you need etc and stick it in a box.

I would like a measure device thingy pump.

Maybe something that can be used with a wfp system.  Saves the guys measuring out chemicals.
