No unless its that hot turns into steam then yes you could argue it would be

eccotemp L10.I got mine from corwoods.comes with gas regulator.£300(including  VAT and delivery)

what i love about it is you can have the water scalding hot if you want for filthy add on jobs/first cleans etc.its also bigger and more robust than the L5 and handles the water on full flow no problem. :)
does it have the 20 minit cut off thing my l5 has a cut off wich is a pain in the ars lol

The 20 min cut out is one of the safety feature on these type of heaters so should not be messed about with.
Anyway if you had bought a decent heater it's not an issue at all as when I turn the water off at the pole it resets no problem on mine.  :-*

As I've mentioned before L5's are crap   ;D

Xline systems have great heaters that run from fuel tank, well work a look,, you get what you pay for, i dont fancy tank of Gas in my van to be honest
