Hi all

Just wondered which month in your year is, on average, your quietest for sales?

I find the last 2 weeks of sept & first 2 weeks of Oct tend to be slow, so I always go  on holiday during this time

But I would say Jan & Feb is my slowest period, but not as slow as 15yrs ago when this period was horrendous

start of October is always bitty, seem to book in jobs last minute, but still as busy as i want to be, jan and feb used to be slow but in the past 5 years, they have been really busy, in fact way way busier than December ( seem to get a lot of calls and cancellations then from numpty heads) i like a long Xmas break so it suites me, this year i will finish on the 15th Dec and go back to work on 9th Jan

January and February are always quiet for me,October has also been a quiet month presumably due to people holding back making a booking until prior to XMas.

This October has been good though, that said I'm as busy as I want to be and others would consider my busy as quiet.

Flat out all year except February - specially if it`s particularly cold. Quite nice though as I can usually book clients in fairly quickly rather than 3 weeks away or evenings if they`re desparate!
