booking in clients
« on: October 10, 2016, 11:04:23 am »
Hello, I'm looking for some advice.

What rules do you have with customers about booking in a clean at a time, and then them not being in?

does it happen a lot that you book jobs in, and then can't complete them, or is it pretty rare?

thanks

Richard

Hello, fortunatly very rare for me,. If the job is any distance away , or its been booked more than 3 weeks ahead I tend to ring the customer the night before to confirm that they are aware  and still want me to come. generally if its a repeat Im pretty confident they will let me know if something has come up and they cant make it. It is annoying though if there not there though....... Simon

not often enough to be an issue, does happen, but as above, go home, chill, enjoy a bit of down time, watch some porn, erm, i mean do some creative on line marketing, sorry!!!!!  There is always something to do, send out some e mails to clients, stocktake your chemicals,  tidy the van,  top up some bottles,  and if the worse comes to the worse, take your wife /girlfriend out for a meal or a coffee and chat to her.......... ;D
