Richard just forget it mate. If thats your idea of customer service then leave it. If anyone works Elton and wants the work they can have it, i'll Google for window cleaners In Elton and ring them my self tomorrow just so the customers can be serviced.

Like I said, I check my emails every morning, even when I'm on holiday so if it's easier for you, you could have emailed me.
Quite honestly I don't know where you're coming from suggesting this somehow relates to customer service? For a start, you aren't even a customer...
If anything I think it's rather good communication.
