<bump>  Doesnt John Boy or some one like that work around Frodsham/Helsby ?  Can't give the stuff away!!! About £65 a month worth of work.

Richard just forget it mate. If thats your idea of customer service then leave it. If anyone works Elton and wants the work they can have it, i'll  Google for window cleaners In Elton and ring them my self tomorrow just so the customers can be serviced.

 If there is any newbies looking to get into window cleaning in Cheshire tho' this post should give you an idea of state of play........

Failing that i'll just not turn up, makes no odds to me. John boy, you want it ?

Thanks for interest Craig, i'm gonna ring John Boy this morning. Hopefully he'll take the work, i've done it for around five years plus with no probs...... If John doesnt take it all i'll get back to you. Thanks again and i'll keep this updated.

That's a strange response!

I'm on holiday today so wont be going into the office and won't be able to get your answerphone message.

Like I said, I check my emails every morning, even when I'm on holiday so if it's easier for you, you could have emailed me.

Quite honestly I don't know where you're coming from suggesting this somehow relates to customer service? For a start, you aren't even a customer...

If anything I think it's rather good communication.

No bother. It's probably better of we don't do it anyhow. I didn't really fancy getting my legs broken by John Boy again
