very tight budget atm, just had an Iguinal Hernia opp.    sems 4-6 weeks before any pressure on that area.
VERY WORRIED

Sounds painful - hope you heal well.

We do not stock mesh grips on their own currently.

If the tap is under 12 months old though we will replace under warranty for you. Just let our sales team know on sales@gardinerpolesystems.co.uk

it maybe something you can consider adding to your orders when manufacturing the taps,  its a nice add on to your customers to supply 2 xtra mesh inlets.   its a headache when they start to leak.    especially when placed under brush head..  with pole extended.
thanks for replying ;)

8mm stem to 6mm barb.
I use these and tape them in with insulating tape to stop them pulling out.
The plastic is a lot harder and the teeth don't grip as much as they do on the softer pole hose, less likely to pull the mesh grips and the red plastic top off.
As you have found out already they are impossible to get back in (if you can find them ;D ;D) .

the problem seems to arise by the pole hose pulling  pressure on the tap with the pole  going up and all day putting pressure on the mesh grip  inside the tap.

may be better placing another john guest  pushfit under the tap to take the strain of the pole hose.    less pulling on te tap. ;) ???
