A little advice from either us northerners or the southerners please.
I use a 450gpd pf RO unit, with 3 prefilters. Sediment, carbon and then fibredyne (i know fibredyne (not sure on spelling) does same job, but eh) then into my 4.5ltr di and into my black ibc tank.
I have a 10cm2 flap cut into top of ibc tank so i could get my transfer pump in (think i have to secure this down).
I also know obviously filters work and remove the chlorine. My question is how do i clean my ibc tank as i have little beasties swimming on top of my water. Tds is hardly effected, but whats best method of cleaning tank and can water be saved? Ived taken a litre of water out in a bottle n added a drop of 5% hypo from home bleach demestos but the tds shoots up. So im guessing treat tank with bleach n flush water away. How good a rinse will it need?
Whats best advice chaps?
