I have some work for sale in Ludgershall. Total amount works out at £193 per month. It's all wfp work and been doing most of them for 4+ years. All good easy jobs and good payers by either cash on day, bank transfer or cheque, they all have it done all year round. Mostly 4 weekly with a few 8 weeklys spread out over 2 months. Prices range from £10 to £18, if you know what you're doing you can easily bash these out in 5-6 hours. Month one works out at £178, (plus i'll throw in a £18 job for free as they have just put it up for sale but want it cleaned until sold and I reckon you would get the new home owners). Month 2 works out at £209, so the average over the 2 months is £193. I'm after 5x value so £965 buys it. Only selling as it's my furthest away bit of work from my base in Romsey and I'm struggling to fit it in. I'll happily introduce the new owner to all the customers for a smooth change over. I don't forsee any problems but if any don't agree to the change I will refund the value of said jobs.
