Tank outlet - hose - (i have an inline strainer) - 'y' piece - two pumps etc...

I use a hoze lock 'y piece' connected by 3 brass hose locks

Not had any leaks problem since I first put it together (theres no pressure at this part of the system as the pumps are drawing, so connections should last)

This is it set up in my old van, still the same connections in the new one with no issues
Why don't you have a quick google before making stupid comments?

I use one pump.

Tank - pump - Y - hose reels.

What flow have you got your pump on ? will it be on flat out to ensure both users have enough water coming out?

No. Around 1/2 way up is usually enough.
