Neck issues. Chronic shoulder issues. Costochronditis (back and chest).
Had pain in the neck throat now for last couple of years, been to see the doc and he says it could be occupational.Anyone else have this experience?
Used to get a fair amount of pain a few years back. Changed technique. Swapped to extreme poles as soon as they were released. Regular Physio. Correct brush for the correct job. Pain is a thing of the past. 6 years wfp on the 20th of this month.

What is the change in technique? Or do you mean standing further away at a better angle?

Sunburnt
