Simple case of business head on, price your jobs business minded, not that which you would pay as a customer!
When theres threads on here, that seems to be the divide......i'ld be embarrassed if i quote those prices,,,,,,i wouldnt pay that if i was the customer!! Etc etc. Or price confidently in your ability and the quality that you attain to and the business professional look....
How many are suprised when they get that job that you over priced because you dont want to do it!! Do you learn from that or simply you have that one really great priced job on your round!!??
