Matts alright better than someone down south west.
Just because you don't like his attitude doesn't mean he hasn't got someone good doing a course!

Hard floor
Carpet cleaning
Oven cleaning
Drive jet washing

It dosent matter how good the trainer is as long as they have a good basic knowledge that they can transfer to you and give you confidence to do it hat job with good back up such as tile master provide .

I could go into why I think Matt dosent provide this but choose not to as I'm sure he is well aware that his customer service is zero .
Twice now on separate occasions I have phoned for on advice on separate machines  manafactured by him and he has basicly told me to f**k off .
Good luck to all you who find him ok , just wait until something goes wrong and see how charming Matt is .

Advertising , pricing and converting jobs is far more important .

It's no good at being good at cleaning if you can't get work and make a profit and from what I can see after being involved in this industry for nearly 15 years is that there is very few suppliers courses that show you this .

I've had a similiar experience with him with regards a machine. Won't buy f**k all from him now.

Thanks Steve

I didn't think I would be the only one , after the the way he lost the plot .

Strange thing is I was happy with the items of his I had , I've had a airflex mini for over 2 years and it's a brilliant small machine .

In this day and age of the Internet star rating system I would give him

1 * for customer service

I'm sure he's a great guy .

All I wanted to know was the power output of one off his machines and book someone onto one of his courses but we didn't get that far .

Must of been a bad day

I've never met Matt but talked to him on the phone many times and bought several machines and other bits and pieces off him over the years.

I could be wrong but find it hard to imagine him going nuts on the phone at someone. He seems to laid back and not a pushy sales men type when selling machinery.

I've always had good service from them so I can only comment positively.

Neil,

This is Matt from Cleansmart.

You called and spoke to my Office Manager. You said you’d recently bought a machine from one of our distributors, and that it was tripping out the electrics.

From what you said, it sounded like you'd need an in-warranty repair, so Julie advised you that you'd first need to contact the company you purchased the machine from, as the distributor would need to instigate any repairs or warranty claims. We then work with the distributor to solve any issues.

It's best if you first contact the company you bought the machine from - the distributor knows you, already has all your details, knows what machine you have, when it was purchased, whether it's under warranty etc.

Unfortunately you took exception to this. I was sat next to Julie at the time, I could see Julie getting quite flustered by the way she was being spoken to (which is not like Julie), so I took over the phone call.

All I did was reiterate what Julie had already told you. At no point did I swear as you've implied in your post. I wasn't the one who lost his temper, despite your threats to badmouth us on the forums. You put the phone down on me after I'd repeated numerous times that you just needed to report the issue to the distributor and we'd get it sorted for you. I don't know why this was such a problem, you don't seem to have any issues with the distributor?

I might add that if you hadn't been quite so aggressive and rude to me and my staff, you might find have found a better response.

I understand from the distributor that the problem was due to plugging both plugs into a single cord extension, and so no problem with the machine and now sorted. I don't recall you asking anything about power outputs or wanting to book someone onto a training course?

Regards,
Matt
