Yeah, Xtreme 25 will do yer! Some people say they are no good for domestic houses, not true. They are brilliant. Had mine for quite a while now, few years, I've got the older version to what they are selling now. Very pleased with it. Just be careful shutting open windows that are stiff with it. Although the newer ones mk.3 are stronger. Supreme hybrid soft is good brush for all-round use.

Believe it or not but £100 per section for high modulus poles is actually a good price!! I know the raw material costs for these and it's expensive stuff!!

Extremes all the way.

If your able to I would recommend getting a extreme 22 as your every day pole (great collapsed length) and an extreme 30 for third storey types.

Then if your really flush an extreme 47 to cover any higher work.

An 18 foot pole reaches 90% of my domestic work, so a 22 is perfect. At the minute I'm using an extreme 25 for everything and my 45 foot old Carbon pole which I need to replace soon to an extreme.

Aslong as your not a cave man and look after your kit you'll be fine. My extremes are about 18 months old and still working perfectly.

Its the brush that you need to be looking at, my old CLX18 is better pole with an Xtreme brush on the end when compared
to my SLX18 with a Supreme brush.
Your not going to see a lot of difference in the Xtreme pole weight wise if your going to be using a heavy brush.

The other solution is to work with a heavier pole for a few days. Then your SLX will be the lightest ever.  ;D

Get a lighter pole by all means, but get in the gym too.

Otherwise you will get old.

Why didn't someone tell me this when I was 21!!!

I know people in their forties who're old.  They look old, they act old; physically and mentally they're old.

And I know other people in their forties who look great and are as fit as a fiddle.  I know a 76 year old who runs marathons; he'd probably beat most 21 year olds.

'Old' is a mental and physical state that's not necessarily dependant on purely your age.

I shudder when I pick my slx 22 by mistake.

Normal everyday pole is my 22 ft extreme v3.

Weight of brush will have a lot todo with it as well.

Wouldn't use anything other than an extreme pole.

It reminds me of people who fit £2000 alloy wheels and then fit ditch finder tyres. Usually ends well.
